Mark is an outstanding representative for your company. He was adequately prepared, answered questions thoroughly and supplied extra pertinent information to my cleaning issues. If I could have given a 10 star rating, I would have. In my opinion, this was by far the cleaning our house most needed. Very satisfied!!

In August, 2023, we signed a contract for Chem-Dry of NE Iowa to clean two basement bedroom carpets, lower level living room and stairs. We were guaranteed that the odor in the bedroom would be resolved through the cleaning process. Mark told us that he would continue to return as many times as necessary to provide the service until the odor was gone. He did show up once after the original cleaning, but the smell was not removed at all. Unfortunately, the service and subsequent communication was inadequate and non-existant. We tried to call Mark numerous times and left several detailed voicemail messages about returning to complete the job that was under contract. His voicemail continuously said that it was full and we were not able to leave any more messages. We have yet to receive a return call or any correspondence. We even had to involve his regional Customer Service Manager at the corporate office of ChemDry in Utah to try to contact him, to no avail. This has caused us and the new homeowners a significant inconvenience. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. (Also wanted to add that he missed his initial appointment with us because he said when we scheduled, he was at the airport and "forgot to write it down.") Edited to add: I did send a letter to your business address in Cedar Falls outlining our concerns, dated September 28, 2023. The Better Business Bureau and the Iowa Attorney General's Office have also been involved and have been trying to reach you on our behalf. When I spoke with Julie Ann Harris at Chem-Dry Corporate, she stated that she tried to call you, sent you emails, and left you several messages. After us leaving many voicemail messages at your phone number, I find it hard to believe that you have heard nothing from us or any of these other entities. Please contact me to rectify this situation. Maybe this is a "one off" for your business, but we would like this taken care of. Thank you.

Mark is great! Would highly recommend him. We have used him twice now and will continue as needed. We have a large family including pets and he always does an excellent job cleaning and making our floors look like new again! Thank you!

Mark does an excellent job! He is honest knows his stuff and very thorough! Highly recommend especially for pet stains there is no better method out there
